ABOUT EXPERT

Expert Property Solutions Ltd is based in west Hertfordshire, just outside of Watford Town.

Expert undertake work for public sector, commercial and private domestic clients.

The Expert call center manages and directs our 30 directly employed tradesmen, scheduling appointments and reacting to emergency repairs.

Within our workforce we employ carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters and multiskilled tradesmen. Each of our tradesmen is issued with a company vehicle equipped to help them carry out most emergencies however one of our suppliers is never far away if required.

From our inception in 2001, Expert has developed the services it provides, to offer a one stop shop to our clients. Whatever the requirement if it’s a property issue we can resolve it. We have sourced and established relationships with many specialist contractors from road line painting to abseiling window cleaners. Simply put, if we don’t do it we know someone who can.
