We work closely with all clients to ensure minimal disruption, the detailed work schedules and critical dates within projects based upon a thorough understanding and accommodation of the commercial/retail environment in which works are taking place. In this way disruption to the business, its premises, staff and customers will be minimised. As necessary and required, works will be undertaken outside of core business hours including evenings/weekends and Expert recognises the business imperatives which demand such a tailored programme of works – and delivery within time targets.

We will professionally manage each project and work with the client to monitor progress and performance against pre-agreed KPIs. We will recognise the need for safety, security, confidentiality and sensitivity in whatever environment we are working in. We will aim to maintain and improve your asset.

Urgent Repairs   Resolving loss of power, water,heating. Making safe and secure doors, windows, rooflights.
Routine Repairs   Lock replacements- security fixings. Provision of racking and shelving. Repairs/ replacement of sanitaryware, taps and accessories. Maintenance of lighting and power circuits, including testing and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT). Roof repairs, Brickwork and paving.
