If you require our assistance for an emergency or a maintenance issue just give us a call and one of our friendly call centre staff will arrange for an operative to attend your home within 24 hours for an emergency or 48 hr for a maintenance repair.

Expert Property Solutions Ltd do not charge a call out fee.
First Hour on site is charged at £85 and £55 every hour there after broken down in 15 minute time slots.
Material costs are charged at retail cost plus 5%
Time collecting materials is avoided or kept to an absolute minimum however a maximum of one hours may be charged for material collection.

We accept payment by Cheque, cash, Credit or debit card. Payments are accepted over the telephone.

All Prices are inclusive of VAT
